PE Information

The national curriculum for physical education aims to ensure that all pupils:

  • develop competence to excel in a broad range of physical activities
  • are physically active for sustained periods of time
  • engage in competitive sports and activities

It is important that pupils of Long Toft are prepared for their PE lessons, which will happen twice a week.

 

The correct uniform is vital for achieving these aims, your child should wear: 

Plain white t-shirt

Plain black or
navy shorts
Plain back or navy
tracksuit bottoms/leggings
School jumper/cardigan
or fleece
Dark trainers/
pumps

Earrings must be removed (new piercings covers by plasters provided from home (first 6 weeks only)

Half Term 2 PE Days (from Monday 4 November 2024)

Year 1: Tuesday & Friday

Year 2: Thursday & Friday

Year 3: Monday & Tuesday 

Year 4: Monday & Thursday

Year 5: Monday & Swimming on Friday

Class 6B: Wednesday & Thursday 

Class 6T: Wednesday & Friday
