Welcome to our school!
Everyone involved in the running of Long Toft welcomes you to the school website. We are a very dedicated and hardworking team, ensuring that your children work to their full potential and enjoy attending school. We hope you find the website interesting and informative.
When you call our school you will speak to our lovely ladies in the office, either Miss. Gorman, Mrs. Hall, Mrs. Wilkinson or Mrs. Addison. From there if you would like to speak to our head teacher, please ask for Mrs. Buxton. If you would like to speak to our deputy head teacher please ask for Mrs. Wainman. If you would like to speak to our SENCo please ask for Mrs. Harte. Otherwise please explain the reason for your call and you will be directed to the correct person.

Y6 Christmas Reward Football Tournament
Well done to our Y6 children in their Reward Football Tournament. Results are as follows.
1st - Blue Team
2nd - White Team
Joint 3rd Place - Red & Black Team

Recent concerns have emerged regarding a WhatsApp group known as ‘Add Everyone.’ Schools and regional police forces across the UK have warned that this group exposes children and young people to explicit and harmful material. Please be aware of your children's access to Whatsapp groups and contact school if you require further support.

Attendance Advent Calendar - Week 4 Winners
Congratultions to all of the children who have won the prize draw for the final week of the Attendance Advent Calendar for the prize of a Family Box!
Well done to all who have been at school 100% for the whole four weeks of the Christmas Advent Calendar.
Thank you all for taking part and trying your best, remember to keep your eyes peeled for the next attendance initiative.

Reading Plus - Long Toft Reading Plus Champion
Marai was nominated along with more of our Year 5 students, but he was chosen by Reading Plus as one of their Nationwide Literacy Champions due to his hard work in school and at home in reading and writing.
Well done Marai!
